Q: What exactly is the WatchMeGrow system?
A: WatchMeGrow offers two types of viewing systems:

1) Digital Assistant: This internal viewing tool is a perfect way for the parents and Directors to see children settle in each morning and their involvement in the classrooms. It consists of a real-time monitor in the centralized area and optionally in the Directors office. These monitors display classrooms, giving you the opportunity to view the interactions in each room without interruption.

2) Parent Viewing: WatchMeGrow's online viewing system presents an opportunity for childcare centers to welcome their parents into the center so they can share in the good things going on, be more involved in their child's activities and feel more confident in the quality of care their center provides.  ViewOnTheWeb offers parents a high-quality streaming image that automatically refreshes every few seconds.

Q: How secure is the system?
A: WatchMeGrow has been designed and built with security in mind. While no computer system can guarantee 100% security, systems can be put in place that make it extremely difficult to gain unauthorized access.

WatchMeGrow has taken the following steps to ensure a safe and secure online environment:
• Restricted Access: Authorized parents are only able to access their children's classrooms (not the entire center or other centers).
• Unique Login Names and Password: User names and passwords are at least 6 characters and must contain a combination of letters and numbers.
• Undetectable Center Identification: Each childcare center is represented on our system with a unique code. For security purposes this unique code has no logical relation to the childcare center.
• Automatic Logoff: If a user viewing our Internet cameras is inactive for a set period of time our system will automatically log them off.
• Center Password Verification: Parent user names and passwords are only issued after each parent is approved by the childcare center. We work each center to develop the parent security verification process that suits the needs of the center and parents.

A: Yes. Parents can authorize relative access by contacting WatchMeGrow. 40% of our users are Grandparents, as well as other family members who wish to participate in the child's development.

A: How many times have you asked, "What did you do today?" only to hear, "Nothing". WatchMeGrow is a great way to help you guide discussions with them. Now you can ask specific questions based on your own daily viewing.
